Virginia DeMolay hold various competitions as part of our annual Conclave in Newport News, Virginia over the weekend of July 25 - 27, 2024. Winners will be recognized and presented with trophies during the State Association's annual Conclave Banquet on July 27, 2024.

Softball Tournament - Unlike previous years, this year's softball tournament will be open to all Virginia DeMolays who wish to play. Click here to sign up. All registered players will be sorted into teams prior to the tournament. Teams will consist of DeMolays from different chapters. The members of the winning team will be recognized at the Conclave Banquet.

• Sponsoring Body of the Year Award - Submit a narrative statement to justify the award.

• Humanitarian Award - This award will be determined based on community service and charitable donations chapters reported to communityservice@vademolay.org with a cutoff date of 7/20/2024.
